Covering all aspects of mortgages and property lending, we pride ourselves in being the easiest people to approach and talk to, whilst doing all the hard work behind the scenes.
In brief, we are a small team of friends, working
together from our office in Bude, Cornwall. Our
goal is to educate and help people understand, and
take advantage of the vast opportunity that comes
with mortgages.
We have created our
business and values based on personal experience
and feedback from clients over the years. When I
took my first mortgage out, it was very simple and
straight forward. We got our offer fast and moved
in within 5 weeks. So, all in all, it was a great
experience. Only when I progressed my career into
mortgages myself, did I realise how much I, as a
mortgage customer, did not know or understand.
